Getting Help
Reaching out for support can sometimes require a lot of courage as society often teaches us that we should be able to deal with our own problems. The reality is that we, as humans, thrive when we are able to give care and support to others as well as receive this for ourselves. It is my belief that therapy shouldn't just be just for those who are at crisis point or struggling deeply with their mental wellbeing. Therapy is for anyone who needs a safe space to talk through any experiences in their lives and find ways to live alongside the pain and anxiety that this can create.
